    CUCUMBER SALAD

    Cucumber is an excellent source of vitamin K and molybden. Cucumber is also a very good source of the pantothenic acid, Copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, biotin and vitamin B1.

    Cucumbers are 95 percent of water, keeping the body hydrates while helping the body eliminate toxins. Cucumbers have most of the vitamins the body needs.



    This kind of fruit is very healthy and can eat raw. In some Filipino cuisine, Cucumber salad is the most popular.


    How to prepare Cucumber salad


    • Slice 1 cucumber
    • Add slice onion
    • Add slice tomato
    • Add vinegar
    • And add salt to taste
