    Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It is also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make your choices.

    Being mentally healthy, you must be positive in your life. Make things meaningful, fight stress, and be potential. If you have this kind of attitude, you will become mentally healthy.


    Being one of the most important factor of being fit is a MENTAL HEALTH, it is not necessary to a person to be just fight stress of being potential. You should be caring of others emotional aspects too. This is the best factor that could be a Mentally health Fit to you.

    Be positive for the whole duration of your life. Be happy, help people you would like to be happy too,. And most of all, be contented of what you have. Being contented were put your mind out of stress, that leads to your brain function normally.
