    The condition of physical and mentally health.

    Other may say, "you are not fit to this kind of work", it  means that you are not qualified as what they are looking for. But the fitness in physical outfit is not similar to fitness to a work.

    To be fit in physical and health you must be quick,and alert. How would it be? Well, becoming fit physically and mentally is not that hard, it is a couple of doing the work out and eat your meal on time.

    Fitness Physically. For you to be able to be called as physically fit, you must be physically healthy. How it works. Do some exercise just a basic exercise for beginners. Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated. something as a daily walk can help you live healthier life.



    Walking - well some people do this every single hour in a day. Walking has a lot of benefits in the body. It can maintain a healthy weight. Preventing risk of diseases,such as, high blood pressure and including heart illness. It is also helps to strengthen your bones and muscles.
