    HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT

    Do the exercise

    LOW PLANK
    Low plank is one of the best exercise
    for core conditioning but also works your gluts and hamstring, supports proper posture and improves balance.

    Plank looks like easy but for the first timer, it is very hard. I have a hard time to do this kind of position while I was trying to get rid of my belly fat. But when I have already master it, well, I can say, when time goes by, I made it easy.

    Try to do this position for 60 seconds. You can feel your lower body warm or shall I say the belly will become sweat. 



    SIDE PLANK

    Side Plank is to test and strengthen your balance. Unlike the Plank, you will be moving. Move your body up and down. 

    Do this exercise for 60 seconds. And don't forget to switch for the other side for better result.






    CRISS CROSS
    Criss Cross position is the movement of your hand and leg in one time. It built stronger arms and shoulders. Alternate crossing your arm hand and leg in front of you and lifting the weights to your shoulders. 

    Try to have 60 second to do it.





    SIT-UP


    Sit-up exercise targeted you abdominal area. It is commonly performed to strengthen the abdominal muscle. 

    Performed 60 seconds sit-ups







    PUSH-UP

    A push-up is a common calisthenics exercise performed in prone position by raising and lowering the body using arms. 

    Unlike Planks, push up exercise is moving exercise. You push your body. 

    Do this exercise for 60 seconds.




    THE HUNDRED
    The Hundred position is a classic Pilates mat exercise. The hundred is a dynamic position that warms your abdominal area. It requires you to coordinate your breath with the movement, and be strong and graceful at the same time. 

    In other words, this kind of exercise can helps your lungs to be able to get more air and make it stronger.

    Performed 60 seconds for THE HUNDRED.

    This six (6) exercise position, when you repeat them in several time, you will get your desire flat belly. Do this everyday and see the product of your doing. Happy moving!!!
