    Belly fat is a harmful type of that sits around your organs. It makes up about 95 percent of the fat within your body. 

    This fat is the layer that lies directly below the skin's surface between the skin and the abdominal wall.

    Belly fat is the worst fat ever. The truth is, deep belly fat actually chums out proteins and hormones that make all kinds of bad things worse.


    The type of food you eat affects whether belly fat stays or goes. Also, when you are sitting, belly fat formed. After eating stay standing for just 5 minutes to help the food you ate digest properly. But the best way to do for that belly fat is to exercise. 15 to 30 minutes of  exercise can bust your belly fat.

    For those who are in the work, you can't just sit and do the work without being scolded by your boss or some other co-employee. Remember, stress can produce hormones that causes you gain weight. Yes that;s true, the higher the stress, the bigger your waist. Why? While you are stress, you can't stop your self by craving of foods with a high calorie snack that get stored in your belly as fat. Don't fight your boss even your co-employee for you to skip stress. just be calm and be patient.
