    Drink Water

    Hydrate yourself

    Start everyday - every single day - with at least one glass of water before you do anything else. Drink water first before a sip coffee or a eat food. All night, the body loses moisture and it's essential to replace the right amount of water the next morning. For everyday routine, drink at-least 1.5 liter of water. Stay hydrated.

    When a person gets some water on, his brain becomes active. The brain functions very well and can minimize stress. It is said that water is so beneficial. Your body is about 70% of water, the majority of our blood and every cell in your body is composed of water. Therefore, you need water to function properly.

    Water also can help to make you stay young. Why? water can moisture up your body that your skin needed moisture, when you gets moisture the skin also gets young and healthy.

    Water in the body can also strengthen your metabolism and helps to lose weight for those who eanted to get loose of their boy fats. It is safe. So better drink water often.

    Some studies says that water has many useful facts. It is said that a healthy person can drink about three gallons (48 cups) of water everyday.

    At birth, water accounts for approximately 80 percent of infant's body weight. Drinking too much water too quickly can lead to water intoxication. Water intoxication occurs when water dilutes the sodium level in the bloodstream and causes an imbalance of water in the brain.

    Water intoxication is most likely to occur during periods of intense athletic performance.

    The daily recommended amount of water is eight cups per day, not all of this water must be consumed in the liquid form. Nearly every food or drink item provides some water to the body.
