    It is said that avocado is not only a Filipino food for diet but also in other country. Filipino made avocado shake for diet. Avocados are an incredibly rich source of nutrients and offer 20 vitamins and minerals in every serving.


    Avocado have : Vitamin K (Potassium, ), Folate, Vitamin C, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, and Copper.

    Although avocado the fat content of avocados is high, they contain fats including monounsaturated fat. It is the type of fat that reduces the risk of stroke or cardiovascular illness.

    Avocado is one of the best fruit to your diet.

    If someone doesn't eat avocado, you can make it shake to drink.

    Ingredients



    • 4 avocados
    • 1 evaporated milk (350ml)
    • Milk
    • ice cubes
    How to prepare

    1. Halves avocados and remove pit. Using a spoon, scoop flesh and put into empty plate / bowl
    2. Combine avocados, milk, lemon juice and ice. Process until smooth and blended.
