Pork Adobo
Normally pork in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. This is considered by many Filipinos the Philippine's national dish because of its popularity, easy to prepare and long storage life.
Adobo is not limited to a pork. Any meat like chicken, beef, vegetables and sea foods. But this pork adobo is well-known to the Filipinos. It is because this recipe is the easiest and best that you will find.
as what I've said above, Pork adobo is a type of Filipino dish cooked usually in soy sauce, vinegar, with additional of garlic, onions, dried bay leaves and peppercorn.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Pork belly
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 5 pieces dried bay leave
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsp vebigar
- 1 tbsp whole pepper corn
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
How to Cook
- Marinate pork meat into soy sauce, garlic for at-least 1 hour
- Cooked the marinated pork meat for 5-10 minutes
- Add water, peppercorn, dried bay leaves, and salt then simmer for 40 minutes (or until the taste penetrated to the boil meat)
- Served
